Conversational Design
2025: Kristina developed structured conversational framework for the AI chatbot, covering the primary system prompt, message architecture, reusable YAML-based scenarios, error and fallback logic, escalation and handoff rules, and ethical AI guardrails.
Her work introduced a scalable three-layer implementation model (prompt, middleware, and UI/product layers) and embedded key UX principles such as user control, transparency, explainability, bias mitigation, and seamless human handoff. Goal was to move away from reactive chatbot interactions towards a structured product capability aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and long-term user trust.

Holistic Content Style Guide, Seqera
Content guide
2023: At Seqera, Kristina single-handedly created a practical, scalable content style guide that unified marketing, product, and design under one cohesive communication system. The guide defined voice and tone, core writing principles, grammar and language conventions, and UI writing patterns, supported by clear rules and actionable do/don’t examples. Designed as a living document and integrated with AI tools to maintain consistent, on-brand output across channels, it was later successfully handed over to the newly formed content team.
